From Mumbai: Fly to Nagpur and then drive down to the lodge.

The rooms in the lodge are characterised by high ceilings, cement floors, overhead fans and huge windows. The walls are made of handmade parsi tiles and the furniture made of hyacinth and ebony. Experience a hearty welcome in a cool, airy and contemporary sitting room, made cozy with deep inviting sofas. Once you do, sink into the cheeky 50s ambience in rustic-yet-contemporary bungalow suites. Awaken with the indulgent first rays of the sun permeating through the Charkha (wooden latticed bay window) in your spacious air-conditioned bedroom.

Mealtimes in Baghvan are escapades in themselves - a series of delightful trysts with nature. Guests can set out for a picnic at the nearby Kahoka Lake. Begin with breakfast out on your cool private veranda or a Lunch on the shaded deck by the pool. Sink into a dinner for two on the deck overlooking the nullah, or on your machan (private jungle platform). Come sunset, settle down under the banyan tree for cocktails, as a giant squirrel provides some entertainment.
